These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Namory iOS application ("App") and website at namory.xyz ("Site"), operated by Namory ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Namory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Namory is a personal relationship memory application designed for individual, non-commercial use. You may use Namory to record private notes, reminders, and context about people in your personal and professional life.
You agree not to:
- Use Namory for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
- Use Namory to store or process data on behalf of others as a commercial service
- Violate the rights or privacy of others through your use of the App
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Namory offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks full access to all features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Free trial: Namory may offer a free trial period. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Namory does not directly handle payment information. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store listing.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Namory does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
3. Your Data
All relationship data, notes, and contact information you create in Namory is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store this data. You are solely responsible for the content you create in the App.

4. Intellectual Property
Namory and its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and text, are owned by Namory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or Site without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers
Namory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Namory is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Namory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data permanently.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Namory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
